The accommodation was comfortable and budget-friendly, with a good location for those working in or near Merignac. We found it suitable for solo travelers or couples, about a 12-minute walk to the main tram line. There were several restaurants and basic shops within a 10-minute walk. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean.
