We felt unsafe because the front entrance door could not be locked, and communication with the owner was not efficient. On the positive side, the hotel was quiet, cosy, and clean, with tram access about a 15-minute walk away. It was nice to return to the quiet after being out in the city, Bordeaux was breathtaking, and the beds were very comfortable.
